[Satellite TODAY 04-13-10] Arianespace has postponed the launch of the SES Astra 3B and ComsatBw-2 satellites a second time following the detection of an anomaly in the launch vehicle’s pressurization system, SES Astra said in a statement April 12.
    The launch was originally scheduled for March 26, but was delayed due to an anomaly that occurred in a launcher subsystem. A new launch date has not yet been established.
Astra 3B is a Ku- and Ka-band spacecraft designed for DTH broadcast services and two-way broadband relay across Europe and the Middle East. The satellite will be positioned at 23.5 degrees East orbital position.
    The ComsatBw-2 satellite is to deliver key services for the German Bundeswehr (armed forces).  The satellite will be positioned at the orbital position of 13.2 degrees East.
