[Satellite TODAY 03-19-10] Orbit Technology Group is expanding its service centers, bolstering its spare parts stocks, and is increasing its overall end-to-end service capacity, the company announced March 17.

The upgrades aim to increase Orbit’s customer experience by providing expanded support services, including new 24-hour call centers and an increased number of technical support teams

      “Orbit’s focus on customer service is a critical aspect of our long term commitment to our customers and our continued global growth.   Providing a complete customer experience underscores our belief that at Orbit, product excellence reflects all aspects of our client’s interaction with every solution we provide,” Orbit CEO Avi Cohen said in a statement.
