[Satellite TODAY 03-18-10] Former President and CEO Ron Clifton has resigned from International Datacasting Corp.’s (IDC) board of directors, effective immediately, the company announced March. 17.
   IDC’s board now consists of Chairmain Adam Adamou, Del Lippert, Frank Ruffolo and IDC President and CEO Fred Godard, who replaced Clifton earlier this month. Adamou was named chairman of IDC’s board five days after Clifton was replaced.
    Clifton’s resignation follows the departure of Denis Colbourne, Stuart Smith and Kevin Rankin from IDC’s board on the same day Adamou was named chairman.
    “We are in the process of identifying qualified individuals to join us on the IDC board. We are looking for knowledgeable and experienced individuals with a track record of success and that are willing to share directly in the risks and rewards of IDC not only as directors, but as shareholders,” Adamou said in a statement.
