[Satellite TODAY 08-04-09] Sky Deutschland has appointed Wolfram Winter senior vice president of distribution and development, the company announced July 31.
    Winter will be responsible for further developing co-operative relationships with all German cable networks, as well as with distribution partners in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg.  
    Winter co-founded Premiere Star in March 2007 and previously served as managing director for NBC Universal Global Networks Deutschland for eight years until the end of 2006.
