[Satellite Today 07-30-09] Vislink News and Entertainment is adding electronic news gathering (ENG) antennas to its range of SNG, ENG and wireless products for the broadcast industry, Vislink announced July 29.
    The antennas are designed and manufactured by NSI, a developer of advanced remote controls and airborne, mobile and central receiver antenna systems for ENG and airborne law enforcement applications.
    Vislink will market the NSI products, including NSI’s Superquad and Silhouette central receive antenna systems, MC5 remote control systems and the Silhouette and Stiletto antennas.
    "Vislink is a significant partner for NSI, because of their standing in the broadcast market. We have a lot of common interests in electronic newsgathering and central receive sites, and we can add great value by working together, where we have synergies with products such as Vislink’s central ENG and Diversity receivers," Stephen Neuberth, president of NSI said in a statement.
