[Satellite Today 04-10-09] Newtec will unveil two mobile TV space products — the AZ810 stream aggregator and the HZ914 multistream satellite receiver, the company announced April 9.
    The new offerings support DVB-S2 multistream technology for the primary distribution of digital terrestrial and mobile TV content over satellite.
    Multistream is a satellite transmission solution capable of transporting multiple services including, radio, IP, terrestrial and mobile television on a single satellite carrier. Unlike a traditional DVB multiplexer, this new technology does not modify the original data streams, maintaining the integrity of the original content, said Newtec.
