[Satellite Today 03-25-09] Harris Corp. signed an original equipment manufacturer agreement with Roundbox Inc., a provider of mobile broadcast software, to deliver a mobile broadcast solution for U.S. terrestrial DTV broadcasters in order to extend their services into the mobile market, Harris announced March 17.
    Under the agreement, Roundbox’s broadcast server will be integrated into Harris’ ATSC mobile DTV broadcast system.
    Roundbox’s software provides delivery management of ATSC announcement information, including an on-screen programming guide, and provides a platform for delivering non-real time services to mobile DTV-compliant devices.
