[Satellite Today 10-29-08] C2Sat signed a stabilized VSAT antenna systems deal with Seanet Maritime Communications, C2Sat announced Oct. 29.
Seanet is a global telecom operator that installs and deploys mobile telephony and broadband on board ferry, cruise and merchant ships. Under the contract, C2Sat will delivery 60 stabilized VSAT antenna systems, beginning with two antennas that will be delivered to Seanet for immediate test installation on ships.
“We welcome the cooperation with C2Sat,” Klas Lundgren, CEO of Seanet, said in a statement. “There are great synergies between our companies that address the same markets. The agreement provides us with the reliable antennas, which significantly increase the level of service to our customers around our communications solutions to ships.”
