[Satellite Today – 3-18-08] Wegener Corp. has received a $1.6 million order to provide Conklin-Intracom with IPTV set-top boxes, Wegener announced March 18.
    The order includes a combination of Wegner’s SMD-515 units and remote controls for premium IPTV services, including high-definition programming, video on demand and integrated personal video recording.
    “Given Conklin-Intracom’s expanding domestic and international client list for premium video services, we’re very enthusiastic about the future prospects for our relationship,” Ned Mountain, president and COO of Wegener, said in a statement.
    The shipments will be delivered during the third and fourth quarters of fiscal 2008.
